How to reset your Hurak LMS account password?

For Hurak Learning courses with online course resources or have pre-course requirements, the learner will be sent login details to their Learner Management System (LMS). These login details can be found in the Booking Confirmation/Joining Instructions emails sent to learners when a course is purchased. You can also have our customer support team send these details to you in case you have not received them.

Step 1

Click on Forgotten your username or password as shown in the image below.

Step 2

You will be taken to the next page which will ask you to enter your username or email address. Once you have entered your details, click on the search button.

Step 3

After you have put in the correct username or email address, you will receive an email in your inbox to reset your LMS password. Please check your inbox and in case you do not see it, please check your junk/spam folders.

Step 4

You will need to click the link in the email to reset your password. Please note that this link will be valid for 30 minutes from time of request.
